My Little Honda ... loud and dangerous

1:15 p.m. Eastbound on Moulton Speedway, through Rancho Niguel, a pimped-out all-white Honda -- rear wing, thin silver rims, and all the tacky plastic add-ons that try to make it look like a bad Ferrari wanna-be --- is lane drifting around the rest of the cars on the road, at excessive speeds (more than 60 mph), accelerating, braking, accelerating again, braking as he swerves through traffic. Oh, and as if he weren't a bad enough driver, runs the red light at Rancho Niguel.
