4 p.m. Weekends and evenings on the speedways throughout Laguna Niguel ... (and moments ago on Crown Valley Speedway at National Park Drive) racing of some pimped-out sports cars with exhaust systems that are illegal noise violators. Has the sheriff or city ever cited anyone for noise violations? It's the law; time to enforce it before thousands of citizens who are affected by the lack of enforcement while in the quiet of their homes take action against the city. Lawyers, expect a call.
