Motorcycle on Alicia Speedway races at 80+ mph

3:02 p.m. Northbound on Alicia Speedway, north of Kite Hill South, a motorcycle races, eventually getting to more than 80 mph weaving through all three lanes, cutting off cars ... even driving between two cars along the lane divider just so he can tear ahead.
